All of this experience goes into your estimates to deliver a responsible estimate and executable proposal.
Estimating
Talented people without good tools can sometimes be ineffective. We use the latest software and technology, but we also use a team approach to ensure that our estimators are incorporating real world scenarios to give owners and general contractors a RESPONSIBLE number. If a MEP contractor doesn’t incorporate all three, skill, tools, and real world, then the comparison looks something like this:
Field Estimates
With many of our customers, there is not an easy way to define what the scope of the job is. What is more important is achieving a desired result. Our Project Managers are able to walk a project with you and define a scope and submit in a proposal so that all parties have clarity with what is being done, when, and the cost of it.
